  • Intel funds research to investigate major security flaws found in all modern processors

    [26 Sep 2018] At the beginning of 2018, computer security experts discovered that all modern processors have two major security flaws that can be used to access sensitive data, such as password or credit card information. A new research project at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering will investigate how to find and fix similar hardware bugs in the future, funded by a grant from Intel.

Fredrik Svahn, Lars Mathiassen, and Rikard Lindgren was recently awarded the Runner-up for their MIS Quarterly article ¿Embracing Digital Innovation in Incumbent Firms: How Volvo Cars Managed Competing Concerns¿. The prize was received June 11, during the CIONext conference in Brussels.
